CostSys is a Job Costing System
designed to model the costing aspects of your products and services, including your commodities
(ingredients/materials) units of use, waste, fixed cost, and your jobs
(finished products) and the commodities and quantities and mark-ups involved.
For major works with individual Organisations, CostSys can aggregate jobs into projects.
CostSys will integrate with our accounts package AccoSys Accounts.
Full details of your suppliers and your commodities are easily maintained, and your projects with your customers can easily be costed and tracked. Individual resource use, including timed and dated contributions by staff, can be entered and managed against a Job or Project.

CostSys Job Costing
is available as a single PC, single user system, and as a Networked Multi-user
system with licences issued in groups of four. The cost is from £250.00
depending upon the licence and medium purchased.
More than eight simultaneous users in MS Access is likely to degrade performance
significantly.
CostSys Job Costing
runs on
Microsoft® Windows® 9x/ME/NT/2000/XP and requires Microsoft® Access®
2000/2002(XP)/2003.
NOTE: If you intend to run CostSys on Access 2003 you must apply
the Office 2003 service pack SP1 before installation.
(An earlier (frozen) version is available for Access version 2.0.)
