COSTSYS MAIN OPTIONS

CostSys requires a secure login with a valid combination of username and password, which determines the level of access to be granted to the system (Manager, Operator, or Viewer). Once access is gained, the CostSys Main Options screen is displayed.
CostSys Job Costing maintains full databases of your Organisations (e.g. customers and suppliers) and Commodities (e.g. goods and services), and is extensively user-definable by a system of codes.
Jobs are created and amended by selecting a set of commodities, each with a unit of use and quantity and other appropriate attributes. Trade and Retail % markup can be calculated or defined.
Jobs may be defined as specified materials and labour (or any other class of input) or in an ad-hoc fashion by recording work done and materials used from a worksheet or employee timesheet record.
Projects enable a set of jobs and related invoiced charges to be allocated to a specified customer  and reported as a whole.
Reports A set of reports with definable parameters is easily previewed and printed.
