EVESYS MAIN OPTIONS
EveSys Event Manager maintains full databases
of Individuals and Organisations and links between them.
All information is extensively user-definable by a system of codes.
Events of user defined types (conference/convention/meeting etc) and related Subevents
(exhibitions) and Extras (dinners/proceedings) are easily setup.
Bookings can easily be made and viewed, and financial transactions
recorded and documents (e.g. badges, invoices, receipts) can be printed.
Reports A set of reports with definable parameters is easily previewed
and printed.
