EVESYS REPORTS AND EXTRACTS

EveSys is supplied with a very extensive set of Reports and Extracts.
Reports are self contained and designed for printing or previewing directly.
Extracts are primarily data for loading or transferring into another application (e.g. mailmerge into MS Word, or analysing in MS Excel), and produce comma separated (CSV) files.
Data Area determines the main data to be shown (e.g. Individuals/Organisations/Events and Subevents)
Format determines the data subsidiary area to be shown (e.g. Summary/Addresses/ Telecom/Finance/I nterests/Bookings/ Extras/Facilites).
Parameters (e.g person/address type/interest category) enable the data selected to be further narrowed.
Once the required data is selected, the report or extract can be run to produce a print preview, a direct printout, or a CSV extract file.
