MHC-SYS MAIN FEATURES
MHC-Sys The Mobile Home Charging system is an accounting system especially tuned to the needs of mobile home park operators.
It can model the greater proportion of your mobile home business activity in a single system.

It will help if you think of MHC-Sys as comprising several sections:

Your Business Structure
Cost Centres divisions of your business in which you may wish to study profit and loss, to some extent separately.
Departments accounting headings to which financial activity may be summed.

Your trading partners
Organisations
Individuals and Business with whom you trade, buy, sell or to whom you make payment as Suppliers, Customers or in any other role. These include your Residents as well as your suppliers of electricity or water services.
Addresses of your business partners and individuals are maintained as separate entities. This allows for you to allocate your residential customers a mobile home address.

Your Products, Goods and Services
Commodities
any material, product, service, commodity or financial obligation which you buy, sell, service or use. MHCSys can manage and track your purchases and sales of all the goods and services involved in your mobile home business.
MHCSys is particularly useful in organising and managing the charges which your residents incur in their use of gas and electricity.

Your Business Dealings
Transactions
ledger-based records of all of the: - sales (invoices, payments etc) - purchases (orders, invoices, payments, deliveries etc), - nominal/departmental (payments) - non-financial events (reports).

Your Reports
MHC-Sys will readily produce reports that are necessary for business and financial reporting, but which are also useful as a record of much of your business information.
 - Lists of your Supplier/Customers (residents, and other) Organisations
 - Lists of your Commodities, their supplier prices
 - Activity in Organisation and Commodity accounts
 - Ledger prints of Sales, Purchases, Events, Nominal/Departmental transactions
 - Customer and Supplier accounts VAT Inputs and Outputs.

MHC-Sys is exceptionally flexible, owing to the way in which a system of user-defined codes and attributes allows you to maintain pull-down listboxes containing all kinds of options for the various data items, such as ledger types, transaction type, transaction status, organisation roles, address types, department categories, international VAT rates and VAT territories, international currencies, depreciation codes.
As MHC-Sys is set up with a rich range of codes, only in exceptional cases will you need to add extras: but the flexibility is there as and when your use of the system expands.

The cost is from £100.00 depending upon the licence type purchased. To download and purchase a licence, click on the link at the top of the page.
More than eight simultaneous users on Microsoft Access is likely to degrade performance significantly.
