Ordering Software and Making Contacting

You can order our products in two ways:

1. Purchase some of our software online by download, and subsequent online ordering of an appropriate licence.
    Please note that if you clicked on "Download and Purchase" on one of the product pages, you have been directed to this page because that product is not currently available by download.

2. By post or email from:

When ordering by post or email, please ensure that you supply the following information:
 - your full name and title
 - your full postal address (or your order cannot be processed)
 - the Product Name (as appears on the front page of this website)
 - the Product Variant (single user; multiple user (network); etc)
 - the number of copies.
If you are a company, sole trader, or public sector organisation you must send in an official order.
You will be sent a copy of the invoice either by email or in the post. On receipt of your payment, the software, and relevant serial number and master password will be sent to you. Please see our Terms and Conditions before ordering.
Your goods will be despatched once your payment has been received.

 3. Users who wish to evaluate software before purchasing should ask for demonstration/evaluation versions (time limited licences) where available (NB.: not all of our applications have evaluation licences);
