PRACSYS REFERRALS AND EPISODES

PracSys enables easy manual recording of referrals and treatment episodes of any type against any agreement.

Patient: selecting a patient retreives the patients most recent referral and associated episodes
Referrals: pick the appropriate agreement, provider, service, consultant, and other items from pull-down listboxes to enter a referral.
Other details about the referral (dates either on waiting list or admission, transfer or doscharge dates) can then be added.
Episodes: details are transferred to the episode screen, and can be amended as necessary.
Allocation: decide at leisure whether or not to confirm the allocation of the referral or episode activity to the contract or agreement, for reporting and analysis.
