RM-Sys permits the creation of codes/descriptions for your Stock/ Resources/ Organisations

Stock Items are items which can be bought or sent out, and which do not need to be returned. Full details of each item (including keywords), and requests, dispatches and receipts of these items are readily entered.
Resource Items are items which are issued on loan and must be returned. As with stock items, full details (including keywords), are held, and expected returns are readily identified.
Organisations (your customers and suppliers) are stored with all the information required, including target groups and transit days to allow for during delivery/despatch.
