TRACSYS DETAILS OF ORGANISATIONS

Organisations are those individuals, companies and institutions with whom you trade.
Using the Organisations List view, you may sort and select organisations by various parameters from pull-down lists. Double-clicking on a name will cause it to be displayed on the Organisation Detail screen for closer examination or editing.
The Organisations List View allows your organisations to be displayed one-per-line, and to be selected by a set of parameters, such as Telecomm Address Type (e.g. to display telephone or facsimile numbers). The list can also be sorted by several parameters such as Town/City.

The Organisations Detail screen enables the recording of all the likely information that you require of your clients and customers.
Organisation Roles (e.g. Customer, Supplier) are user-definable and determine the types of transaction in which an organisation may participate.
Telecommunications (e.g. phone/fax/email/website/mobile/pager) are all user-defined types and may be associated with a contact and an address type.
Contact details for any number of contacts may be held: each may be linked to transactions and may appear in the business documents (e.g. invoice, order etc.) that can be generated.
Adddresses of user-defined type (e.g. Main, Invoicing, Delivery etc.) may be held: each may be linked to transactions and may appear in the business documents (e.g. invoice, order etc.) that can be generated.
Labels An individual label can be formed for direct printing to an envelope, or for transfer into your word processor or spreadsheet, from the Organisation Detail screen, or even while entering a transaction.
