TRACSYS WORK and JOB RECORDS
Work Records contain all the details of
the work and jobs you have done, are doing or have planned or booked for your
clients.
Using the Work Records List view, you may sort and select your work and job
records by
various parameters from pull-down lists. Double-clicking on a name will cause it
to be displayed on the Work Record Detail screen for closer examination or
editing.

The work Record Detail screen
enables the recording of all the likely information that you require in your
Work and Job records.
Date & Time of creation of the record are created automatically (but may
be amended).
Your staff contact responsible for the record can be selected.
Call Type (e.g. contracted, ad-hoc etc) may be selected from a
user-defined list.
Priority (e.g. emergency, urgent, routine etc) may be selected from a
user-defined list.
A Reference (as well as an automatic unique identifier) may also be
generated.
The Site Adddress and the Owner Address (where different) can be
selected.
A Reason Code for the call can be selected from a user-defined list.
A Free Text Description can be added where required.
Call Status History can be created and added to, to give a complete
account of the sequence of events to be recorded during the life cycle of the
job.
A Work Sheet can be printed from this screen, or previewed if required.
